Soya Kebabs :

Ingredients :
1 cup soyabean, soaked overnight
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 medium green chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspooon dried mango powder or lemon juice

Method :
Boil soyabeans, drain off the water and blend in a food processor to a paste. However, don't grind too thin. Add all the other ingredients and ensure that the consistency is just right. Take a fistful of the mixture and form into small kebabs. Set aside, Heat a non stick pan and spray it with oil. Heat the kebabs until golden brown. Serve hot.
Mix Dal Dosa :

Method
:
Take ¼ cup tur dal, masur dal, chana dal, mug dal and ½ cup udad dal and 1 half cup rice. Mix all dal and keep it in water for 3-4 hours. Keep rice separately in water for 3-4 hours. After that remove excess water and grind it in mixcy for smooth batter. Heat oil in pan and prepare dosas and serve with coconut chutney.
Paneer Appe :

Method :
Take 1 cup idli rava which was soaked in water(also drain it) for one to one and half hour, 1 cup grated paneer, 2-3 tspn curd, 2-3 green chillies, salt, cumin, kothimbir. Mix all the above mixture very well. Add this mixture to the appe vessel and fry it on both the sides and appe are ready to serve.
Banana-Walnut Muffin :

Method :
Take 1 cup maida, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon soda-bicarbonate and pinch of salt and mix it well. Add through sieve .

1 cup soft butter, 1 cup sugar and mix it well. Then add vanilla essence, smashed bananas, chopped walnuts, 3 tspn milk and above maida mixture and mix it well.
Pre heat oven for 15 minutes and bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degree celcius and muffins are ready.

Almond Prix :

Method :
Take ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup butter and mix it well. Add 1 cup maida and 2 tbsp milk powder, ½ tbsp vanilla essence and ½ tbsp baking powder and mix it well. Then add badam pieces. Roll it well. Roll the above mixture like chapatti. Add badam pieces over chapatti. Cut it into pieces of square with knife. Keep the pieces in the greased baking tray and bake it at 220 degree celcius for 20-25 mins. Pre heat oven for 5-10 mins. Almond prix ready to eat.

Paneer Paratha :

Paneer Paratha :

Ingredients :
½ cup paneer grated
1 tbsp lonche masala
½ cup onion cut into pieces
Coriander
Salt
Sugar
Flour
Oil.

Method :
Mix all ingredients well. Make balls and roll in thick parathas and roast well.

Kolhapuri Misal

Kolhapuri Misal :

Ingredients :
2 cup matki
4 onions big
4-5 potatoes
3-4 tomatoes
1 cup coconut
1 cup coriander
1 lime
2 tbsp kolhapuri masala
Farsan
Bread

Method :
First prepare tadka by adding hing, mohri, turmeric. Fry onion till slight red in colour. Add kolhapuri masala and fry well. Add lots of water and bring to boil. Add matki, chilly powder, salt, lime. Cook well and the curry is ready.

Sweet and Sour Mango Curry

Sweet and Sour Mango Curry :

Green Hapus Mango Pulp - 1 Cup
Harbara Dal grinded - 1/2 Cup
Ginger grated
Mustar seeds
Methi Dana
Red chilly
kadipatta

Take pulp, add to it grinded harbhara dal. Grated Ginger. Mix well and add little water to it.

In a pan take oil, add mustard seeds, methi dana, red chilly, kadipatta, above mixture, little water, salt and sugar to taste and boil a little and serve hot.
